{"id":498,"date":"2023-09-21T15:00:33","date_gmt":"2023-09-21T15:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/noticiasenred.net\/?p=498"},"modified":"2023-09-21T15:00:33","modified_gmt":"2023-09-21T15:00:33","slug":"caso-matias-chirino-ordenaron-la-detencion-de-los-militares-involucrados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiasenred.net\/index.php\/2023\/09\/21\/caso-matias-chirino-ordenaron-la-detencion-de-los-militares-involucrados\/","title":{"rendered":"CASO MAT\u00cdAS CHIRINO: ORDENARON LA DETENCI\u00d3N DE LOS MILITARES INVOLUCRADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As\u00ed lo determin\u00f3 este jueves la C\u00e1mara Federal de Corrientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"770\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/noticiasenred.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/1695296983293.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noticiasenred.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/1695296983293.webp 770w, https:\/\/noticiasenred.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/1695296983293-300x171.webp 300w, https:\/\/noticiasenred.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/1695296983293-768x439.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 770px) 100vw, 770px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;C\u00e1mara Federal de Corrientes&nbsp; inform\u00f3 este jueves que orden\u00f3&nbsp;la detenci\u00f3n de los militares involucrados por la muerte del joven&nbsp;Mat\u00edas Chirino y el cambio de caratula del caso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;El caso, que tiene a 9 militares imputados,&nbsp;cambi\u00f3 su caratula de homicidio culposo a homicidio simple, aseguraron fuentes judiciales.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los efectivos &nbsp;imputados por la muerte del joven cordob\u00e9s son : los capitanes Claudio Andr\u00e9s Luna (35), Rub\u00e9n Dar\u00edo Ruiz (35) y Hugo Reclus Mart\u00ednez Tarraga (34); los tenientes Dar\u00edo Emmanuel Mart\u00ednez (31), Exequiel Emmanuel Aguilar (31) y Franco Dami\u00e1n Grupico (26); y los subtenientes Facundo Luis Acosta (26), Gerardo Sebasti\u00e1n Bautista (31) y Claudia Daniela Cayata (34).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fiscal\u00eda est\u00e1 a cargo de\u00a0Carlos Schaefer e intervinieron los jueces Luis Gonz\u00e1lez y Mirta Sotelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La causa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mat\u00edas muri\u00f3 en la madrugada del 19 de junio del a\u00f1o pasado en una de las habitaciones del Casino de Oficiales del Grupo de Artiller\u00eda de Monte 3 despu\u00e9s de ser obligado a meterse en una pileta a punto de congelaci\u00f3n, consumir bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en forma abundante contra su voluntad y realizar ejercicios vivos que le ordenaban sus superiores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Producto de la ingesta de alcohol y de haber sido acostado boca arriba sobre un colch\u00f3n tirado en el piso, el militar cordob\u00e9s sufri\u00f3 una broncoaspiraci\u00f3n alimentaria y muri\u00f3.
